this huge hotel has : good location Idael place for shopping addicts ! large rooms and good service which was responsive as quickly as possible. the restaurants are good and the staff are kind. totally highly recommended

The location is very good. It has a shopping centre of 10 floors in the same building of the hotel. All types of shops available, from branded to cheap items. you will not regret at all..... MC

Location was one of the factors in choosing this particular Hotel. Incidently it has only suites and all are well furnished. Good view from the suites. Certain improvements can make it a world class property. The staff should be more caring and attentive. They should have a multi-cuisine 24 hrs coffee shop.

i dislike this hotel about poor service. We need go upstare using life. Mosely the lift cannot function going to hotel. This hotel also have alternative hotel but go to shooping complex. But this take times. Also most of the person not happy at all. I think about "stress".

Brilliant

Berjaya Times Square has it all. I would definately stay here again. The service was excellent and the facillities are second to none. The hotel has a superb location and the swimming pool was one of the biggest i've ever seen at a hotel. Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best!

There's nothing bad about this hotel. Everything is just great. I wrote in a letter of complaint regarding one of the receptionist at the front desk and received a letter of apology via snail mail (was very surprised!) from the hotel even though the matter was solved by the duty manager then. Their service and service recovery provided are excellent! Because of that, they earned a loyal customer!

Very dissatisfied stay in your hotel. Basketball court closed because they said the ring damage.fitness room got too many rules.under 18 years old cannot enter,wear jeans cannot enter,then we back to room.tv's picture flur,got so many dot dot dot.no internet acess in the room.then we went to the pool.the bottom of the pool so dirty.then where to go? we don't know.we check out.bad stay.check in n check out long Q.

a nice place but ..

In 22nd May 2007, we started a honeymoon trip to Malaysia. When I came Kuala Lumpur, we were in Time Squares. We had a nice room with beautiful sigh-seeing, delicious buffets, friendly receptionist,kind waiter, easy go shopping and take a trip by tram. It is so interesting to see Kuala Lumpur at night!

I statyed at Berjaya in March 2007, i enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel is situated in city center Lionked with Monorail station. Rooms are great with all aminites. I'll give it 5 stars & would like to go again soon.

Cant wait to go back!

I faced similar problem with power trips! I rang the housekeeping several times, waited for an hour and half, before the room got really hot and by then I wanted to kill someone. I went to their reception, asked me to speak to the housekeeping manager. Housekeeping manager was polite and professional. When I went back to my room, within 5 minutes, 2 guys appeared and they fixed the room in less than 5 minutes. I would go back to this hotel, definitely. Had a great time, spacious room, great service, why not? As for power trips, the guy taught us what to do whenever the power trip.
