Diablo Mountain Inn, Walnut Creek

I am not sure about all of their rooms BUT the area I stayed in did not feel safe. The room was barely adequately clean, the sink dripped (and looked like it had been for a long time), the back door (which led to untended bushes and trees) was not very secure. The room was a conglomeration of mix and match furniture, etc. I would NOT stay here again. If you are staying here to visit St. Mary's College, it does not cost much more to stay at the Lafayette Park Hotel with their special rate. The place is gorgeous, very plush and comfortable and safe.
