Super 8 Dalton Conv Cnt, Dalton

This was not a good experience. We had to call maintenance as soon as we got there to fix the vent cover in the bathroom. The toilet was not cleaned. I am not a clean freak, but a certain standard is expected at even a Super 8. There was dried urine between tank and seat, where the seat is connected. Then we checked out early the next morning, because of the unsanitary conditions, and they still charged me for two nights. I spoke with owner RAY (he didn't ID himself as owner while I was talking to him) and he handed me off to the Manager Bob, who never is available. They are giving me the run around about refunding me my money for the second day. Do not waste your time if in Dalton, spend the extra and go to Country Inn & Suites.
