Hotel les Orangers, Qurbus

my daughter and myself had a fantastic week there last march met some lgreat people going again this march with both friends that we met there and friends from home. looking forward to a great time again. the staff were very helpful and polite, the animation team had u in stitches the food at the beach restaurant was wonderful and very healthy over all a great time cant wait to go back !!!!!

The staff that work in the hotel are the best. Everyone's really friendly and nice.. Best holiday i've been on!!!!!! They have activites during the day so ur never bored

We went to this Hotel for a cheap and cheerful holiday. I have to state that we have paid far more for holidays that we have not enjoyed as much as this. I would suggest to those people who have bad-mouthed this hotel that in future they pay the prices that are required for the sort of holiday they are expecting. This hotel is what it is. Not pure luxury but good, clean value for money. Beautiful gardens, more than adequate good, clean accommodation, the location beach-wise is spot on and the staff work very hard to make the holiday an enjoyable one. The swimming pool and surrounding area is perfect. The food is as good as 4 star hotels in Spain that cost much more and the all inclusive option is perfect. Let's face it, if you go looking for problems they can always be found, but if you accept the fact that you are not prepared to (or not in a position to) pay 5 star prices then don't expect 5 star quality. Accept that you have got good value for money and your holiday will be much happier. Lighten up, stop moaning and enjoy!!!

i have been going this hotel for 3 years this time. I love every minute of it frm sarah alsager the rooms are really good and the food is excellent they have a buffet on the beach and by the pool side so you dont have to walk a long way they also have horse riding at the hotel

this holiday was the best all the staff are friendly, and you are never on ya own. the animation team are the best. this is ma 2nd time at the hotel and it just keeps getting beter, the food is nice and you never go hungry. im going back in may and i kno i will have just as much fun

well where do we start the whole thing is so falsley advertised please do not go go thinking all the amenities are there as the indoor pool was a building site,no sauna, no internet room,1970's gym, the food is the same thing heated through every night, no childrens buffet no entertainment (opps) sorry yes there is if you are tunisian or french, (as thats all the language they know) the locals will harass the girls constantly,all the excursions are not what they say they are going to be if u do go just book one week cos by then you will be ready to fight the locals after that, they r not nice unless you tip them, the hotel is a danger to itself and your families really not recommended to go to ( i would go sousse, or kantoui) if u want to suffer it....well if you would want to stay at faulty towers then this is the place for you

awful hotel, reused glasses without washing them, food awful and it all tasted the same, dirty, awful entertainment that went on all night and disturbed children in the room.

we liked the hotel very much and have been going for over 6-7 years, we live in england and i recomended the hotel to family friends and clients that come to my restraunt and i wish i never did, because when you have a problem in a hotel which you think is the best place to spend your holiday it becomes the worst experiance espeacially when i reported the problem i experianced to the hotel owner he threw it back in my face thinking its a joke to have casanova in his hotel trying to disturb the peace of his clients the one they're paying hard cash for there holiday to have a good time and fun and feel safe in the hotel environment not to be watched by hawks waiting for their prey and im sure anybody that reads this they only have to use his imagination to understand what im talking about no thanks to the hotel owner and i feel sorry for he good stuff that work for him.

The service at the hotel was awful. the staff wher rude and left you waiting, The rooms wher as bad they wher moldy and stunk and they just wernt big enough. we booked a family four room and it was just about big enough to be a twin room. the location of the hotel was ok it was on the beach and there was local shops and towns not to far away.

This hotel is clean friendly and the staff bend over backwards to make your stay special. The pools are clean and plenty of loungers. The beach area is kept clean and sercurity is there if sellers try to make buy things you dont want. The food is excellent.
