Bel Azur Thalassa, Qurbus

we had a room okay until we went back after meal whole place covered in ants reluctant to give another room wanted to spray ants we were then given a further room over grown with trees my husband cant stand being closed in we then saw our rep she got them to give us a third room this we found to be suitable.we found only a few staff helpful and polite, others so-so.Meals were not catered for english people.we seemed to want something a bit more wholesome.And there is tomuch tipping req.The waiters dont seem to give up. we will not be going back there again we are glad to be back home today 25.9.05

on my stay at the bel azur was really good. the staff were really friendly and would do anything to please you. as i have younger brother and sister the staff were really good with the children. at night there was alwayz something for the children and the adults at the ampatheatre. the locals were also really friendly.the maid would do anything to be helpful. our room was alwayz clean. we always had clean towels. my holiday to tunisia was better than the rest of my holidays in the past. we are going back to tunisia on the 29th july 2007. we are goin back to this hotel. i would say you should try this hotel. :-)

i loved this place! i made so many new friends that worked there for the animation team. one person wrote on here a bit further down saying that if they saw a person who was tanned,and wore a cap to say hello.does anybody no his name? he was great! i cant believe i left there without getting his address,so if the person who wanted for somebody to say hello to him,could you tell me his name please? thanks!! well overall..i loved this hotel and the entertainment was fab. i hope one day i will go back there. The only thing that put me off was the older men.they were pervs man! i had one man following me and i got asked to live with another! I just want to say thankyou for all the people that made the holiday..THE BEST YET! XXxxXX

It was just a simple quiet two friends holiday but it actually turned out we had a time of our lives. It was so sereal and awesome. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly...and a great laugh. We loved it so much we are going back. For all you clubbers make sure you visit Latino club.. it plays great music, sexy dancers and oh yeh its just wicked. Mostly recommended. WE LOVE TUNISIA!!! CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!

The Bel Azur hotel is definately not a 3 star hotel. It should have been classed as 2 star. There were cockroaches, ants and hairballs in all the rooms, and mice running around outside the hotel - how gross!! We were a party of 13, all the rooms were dirty, they dont give you clean towels everyday. The Buffet in the evening was the same thing every night - no variety. Staff very unfriendly very unhelpful. Would not go again and would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

We will shortly be returning to the Bel Azur. This will be out 10th trip there in about 6 years and we have already booked again for March 2006.What more can I say? Yes, we do go on holiday to other countries and have tried other resorts in Tunisia - but we keep on going back to the Bel Azur. The staff are friendly, the food is good with an excellant choice of menu and the rooms are reasonably comfortable. They might be the best rooms that we have ever stayed in, but I have had far worse rooms in other hotels and paid much more for the privilege! As far as location is concerned, it could not be better being about a mile distant from the centre and the Souk (market). It is not far to walk to the main road where it is easy to catch the local bus into nearby Nabeul (buses run every half-hour).

I came back last week. It was wonderfull, specially the Animation team: Anis, Jamen Kojac and Sabre. All of them are very friendly and they are super dancer! The rooms are not very clean. But evey thing else was great.

Tunisia was by far one of the best countries i've ever visited, the food was to die for, the people where friendly and helpful, they made you feel at home with a variety of night life and day time activities the beaches are sandy white with a beautiful bluey water, i would go back there soon

IT is a really friendly hotel with lots to offer, i made a massive group of friends that i stayed in touch with. its not the usual party holiday but the sun and amazing private beach make up for it. there are clubs near by and an amazing buddah beach is worth a trip to. Im going back this summer for another wonderful experience.

I have been to Tunisia 5 times and I have stayed in the Bel Azur each time. I really love it there, the beach, the hotel, the staff and Hammamet town are all fantastic. The staff cannot do enough for you, and the animation team are particilarly nice and very good with young children. Try the camel ride, it is great fun. Nightlife is ok, Latinos is probably the best place to head to for a night out. Can't wait to go back, hopefully next March or April.
