The appartement is centrally located in a quiet street.You have a perfekt bus, train and tram conection it`s a 3 minutes walk.By tram it is 5 minutes to the pedestrian area in the citty and the university and in just 20 minutes you can get the Warnemnder Beach by city train. The apartment was modernised in July 2004. It consists of a living room with a double bed, a wardrobe, a table and chairs as well as an integrated kitchen.
