The location is great! Loved the beach and entertainment, but the customer service was horrible. No TV for 5 out of our 7 days, always had to asked for towels in the room, no electricity a couple of nights, rooms were not always made up properly every day. If you complained they did not understand you and those who did really didn't get anything fixed. We absolutely did not get the value for our money. It is not a place I would recommend or go back to.

I found the food very good and always able to get something good to eat.Enjoyed the beach and found the people very friendly although not many spoke english they tried. I found Petra very professional and helpful. I did not leave the resort as I found everything that I wanted on location.The area was vey clean and organized even though parts were still under construction.

Staff does not speak english. Management is not flexible at all!! Rooms are not air condtioned all the time, only when you are in the room. Food is 3 on a scale of 1 to 5. Drinks are ok. Beach is ok and the food on the beach is better than at the hotel. Trips outside of the village are expensive. It is not safe enough to leave the compound without a tour. Petra, the manager, is the most unfriendly person in the place

i loved everything, my room was excellent, the food was even better than excellent, i recomend the mexican restaurant and the beach, the bar inside the pool had a great pinnacolada

Over all the resort was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very friendly and remember who you are.The food was great.The rooms were very clean.
