Enjoyed our stay!!!

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable. The decor was also very nice. We enjoyed the evening refreshments and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel if we're ever in the area again. I would recommend this hotel to any one who is looking for good service, good value and cleanliness.

Would come back in a heartbeat.

There were four in our party that traveled for a business conference in the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. The only suggestion I would make is to expand the hospitality/conference room. It was too small and cramped for the comfort of the size of our group. It would be great for meetings or small social gatherings, but because of the size of our group, we just barely fit in and there were some comfort issues. All in all, I would highly recommend this facility for business or pleasure.

Enjoyed Stay

Friendly staff, very clean, good hot breakfast, great location, comfortable bed, could hear a little bit of the interstate noise in middle of night. Noise wasn't too bad. Will stay there again.

Good hotel, third visit.

I returned to the H. Express for the third time because it offers easy access to I20 and the rest of the city including the outlet mall and "Cracker Barrel" just next door. I have booked this twice on Hotwire and have always been totally pleased with the stay. Staff is great, evening welcome and breakfast is good. Rooms are quiet, even though the parking lot was totally full at night I never heard anyone in either adjoining room. No complaints here.

We stayed here a lot because my ex-husband had gained a lot of points with his travels during drills and TDYs. NICE environment. Over priced.

We Loved this Hotel

This was the most friendly hotel we have stayed at in a long time. It was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. The complimentary Happy Hour and Breakfast was just the best. I would go back again and again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

Relief

The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and there was real furniture there...not just some cheap plastic stuff. The staff is friendly, and the place was a welcome relief after a hard day's drive. I didnt want to leave.
