The kitchen was perfect for me to make home-cooked meals. The bathroom and the linen on the bed were clean (we checked with a black light). The pool was clean, laundry room was clean. I guess the only complaint I could have was that our A/C unit was a bit loud, but we fixed that ourselves. The customer service was GREAT! Thanks Lisa! We were actually very comfortable during our 5-day stay. The walls are thick to where you can't hear your neighbors TV or them talking (very important to us). The atmosphere of the room was very comfortable. Again I couldn't believe how awesome the customer service was from the cleaning ladies all the way to the front desk reps. They ensured our stay was satisfying! When we go back to New Orleans, this will be where we stay. Very family friendly or perfect if you just feel like getting away to a place where you won't be disturbed! I really can't say enough about this hotel, especially with the price being so inexpensive. It is a very rare thing for us to actually enjoy our stay at a hotel, but here we did.
