Charged for smoking in room?!?!

So me and my GF wanted to get away for a night, so we rented a jacuzzi sweet. Room was great, Jacuzzi was great. What was not so great was the fact we got charged $150 dollars because they said we smoked in the room, mind you we do smoke and we spent all night playing blackjack at the casino (full of smoke). But we never smoked in the room, we walked outside every time. How do you fight this?!?! I mean even if you don't smoke and hang out in the casino your gonna come back reeking of smoke!!! Not coming back!!

we liked everything. it was very clean the location was great it was easy to get into.good parking. very quiet.and the food at the casino next door was very good.
