Great, with one blemish

Great, friendly service, with one blemish: the lobby breakfast is excellent but the standards for what you get (continental, full, or ala carte) are not clear. And one of the food service workers was rude beyond belief.
During our week stay, we kept very politely asking what the a la carte prices were, since there was no posted or distributed menu.
I guess no one ever asks these questions, and the food service employee in charge literally and publically exploded at my wife in front of other customers! I've never seen anything like it! Over a measly disagreement over whether we had 4 bowls of oatmeal or 5! We were willing to pay whatever we should have; we just wanted some accuracy. My wife asked this server to simply come to our table and verify the amount, but instead the hotel employee blew up and humiliated my wife (in reality, the employee humiliated herself, and the manager had to come apologize).
It left an ugly blemish on an otherwise great experience.
