Grand Cevahir Hotel, Istanbul

gch is not a 5stars hotel, its really 3 stars, cos there is no CRM . I know we paid a little in compare with other passengers(based on tour terms& conditions) but this should not be a reason to non customer relation management(CRM).for example we could not take buttles of water in to the rooms, or there is no valuable drink around the health club specially on swimming pools. Kids under 12 years old not allowed to use of in-door pool { the other funny rule in this area(swimming pool)}. Istanbul was not my favourite city, there is no good hotel in the town, younger taxi drivers are really gangs, ancient buildings are not so amazing, everybody like shopping passionately ,on the other hand there are no special clothes or prices. The only thing i could like in istanbul was the good weather and my dear family besides me.

its a really clean and decent hotel with good rooms and every hour service to metro or cevahirmal,its location is good you just nedd to ask and you can go almost everywhere from the bus ststion nearby.stay there its calm and comfortable.

I liked the cleanness of the rooms and the indoor pool, actually the breakfast was not good for a 5 star hotel compared to 5 star hotel in Dobai or Antallia. I don't like the staff's hospitality they were not as good as I expected, many of them don't know english, but to be honest some of them were so helpful. Another problem was the noise especially in weekend when there was a wedding party in the first floor,and despite my room was in 6th floor I couldn't sleep until 2 am :(( I was so disappointed that they didn't even care about the residents comfort :((((
