Courtyard by Marriott Bristol, Bristol

We have stayed at the Marriott in Bristol Va several times and were very satisfied up until now. It seems they are starting to slack on things like towels, shampoo, and lotion. In the past it was a lovely place to stay but they are starting to go downhill---fast. Previously, I never had to call the front desk for more towels or shampoo. We could get the same treatment from a much cheaper hotel.

Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Great place for business customers or families. Only drawback was the rudeness of a few of the housekeeping staff...loud talking in the hallways and cursing. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was helpful. Actually, it was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.
