THINK TWICE/STAY AWAY

I purchased a fractional unit at the Ritz Carlton/Aspen almost one (1) year ago. BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE ! ! ! Fast talking sales people promised the "Ritz Carlton treatment".....pampering, great service, etc. Forget about that. Rooms show wear and neglect. We have experienced nothing but trouble and very poor service during each stay there. Don't even bother taking your problems to management. Another waste of time. PASS ON THE RITZ CARLTON AND RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION.
