Do not go to this hotel.
First, I would like to say I do not complain and I am not a picky traveler. But when you pay over $200 for 2 nights in a town that isn't even a major city, you expect the hotel to be nice. The only things nice about this hotel was the staff (Terri), the pool, and the location. The shower pressure was so bad, it felt as though the water was only half way on. The mattress was absolutely horrible. The sheets did not even fit on the mattress, so every time you moved, the fitted sheet would come off and there wasn't even a mattress pad, so you ended up sleeping on the bare mattress (disgusting). The towels were so rough that they literally left my body red.
For over $100/night, I should have stayed somewhere else. I thought it would be nice to be a little farther away from Cedar Point and be somewhere close to the lake. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Pay the extra money and stay in Sandusky.
