The resort has 3 swimming pools (1 heated all year, 1 large lagoon pool with bridge and waterfall for kids to enjoy, 3 spas (heated), 2 full-size tennis courts, 2 saunas, Gymnasium, BBQs and Clubhouse, Games room and WIFI access and Internet kiosk and hoist for gusts with disability to access the pools and spa. 10 restaurants including Moondoggy's Cafe Bar, dress boutiques, hairdresser, shoe shop and surf shop at the resort and guests get a discount at participating cafes and shops. 5 minute stroll to supermarket, DVD store, bottle shop, medical centre and shopping centre. There are regular local buses and a ferry that operates through the day taking passengers along the river from the Islander Resort to Noosa Beach or Hastings Street. The staff, noticeable in their hibiscus print, are friendly and very happy to advise on places to see and things to do while holidaying in Noosa . On checkin, guests are asked to provide $200 creditcard pre-authorisation or $200 cash bond which is released or returned on checkout. All guests staying must be over 18 years or those under 18 years staying as family with parent or legal guardian.
