Totally disappointed, Got a fly in my food.
The look and the architecture from outside was fantastic, but once you enter the rooms, it is worse than budget hotels. We took the Indian architecture with a private garden balcony with lot of expectations, but first step inside the room was welcomed with black stains in the pink marble floor. It was so dirty that you don’t want to take off your shoes. The looks of the bed was good but the mattress was very thick that you feel very uncomfortable sleeping in it. The air-condition was running in full, still the room was warm. The bathroom shows the poor workmanship and you need to put an effort climbing in and out from the bathtub. The private garden was the worst, lot of unwanted vases and plants, there was not even a chair to sit down and enjoy, and It was so dirty that you need slippers or make sure you wash your legs after.
There is no wireless internet in the rooms and have to pay extra for the wired ones, don’t forget your travel power adapters!
The buffet dinner was ok, but not much of variety. I got a fly in my waffle for breakfast, is this the standard of a 5 star hotel? Hmmm…..
Totally it was a big disappointed and I don’t recommend to anybody. No wonder all the rooms were empty.
