there was a problem for us when we were told that we would have to move for our last 2 days because a customer that the desk knew had requested our room(are they not all the same??)One employee,stephanie, tried to help as she knew this was wrong(you can ask for a particular room, but are never guarateed,size bed,non-smoking,etc...) We were in the suite for over a week. My husband had surgery and cannot lift anything over 5 pounds at present.We have a lot of luggage as we have been in Houston almost a month. We chose, finally, to move to another hotel instead of to another room. There was no baggage cart(they only have one ).So, we had to make a lot of trips downstairs to our car. The manager is the one who said we would have to move. It is a nice place to stay, otherwise, but we will not go back.This was the 2nd time we had stayed here while going to MDAnderson.
