We agree with Cheryl G's review with a few notable exceptions. Hotel was still relatively new and, at first glance, room and facilities were great. However, had a few issues during our overnight stay that left us disappointed to the point that we will not return to this location. Bathtub drain was broken and had to prop it open with a washcloth so it would drain. Found a dirty pair of little girl's panties on the floor along with a dingy and well worn men's ball cap. We were awakened at 7:45 AM by a pair of men hammering on the sidewalk with sledgehammers right outside our ground floor room (I had to hurriedly move our Denali to avoid potential damage from concrete "shrapnel"). The breakfast area was not clean or staffed. The waffle batter was very nearly empty, there was not enough milk for a single bowl of cereal, and there was only one piece of bread. When we went to the front desk for assistance, there was no one there (as was the case nearly every time we went by) and had to yell to get to get someone to come out from the back. For my two sons, ages 4 and 19 months, there was no Disney Channel or Nickelodeon (for parents of small children, you know how big of a deal this might've been!). Had other minor issues as well and when we informed the clerk at checkout, he seemed disinterested (at best) and only offered a 25% off coupon for our next visit (not THIS one) we will not be able to use as we will not return.
