I loved the room. I disliked having to kill roaches all night, a roach crawling in the inside of the pillow case and the pillow. We couldn' sleep all night from fear of roaches crawling on us through out the night. I did not like the fact that there was no staff during the night hours to express our concerns or for room service.

Sun Suites was perfect for us. We had a kitchen in our room which we loved. The room was clean, smelled fresh and was really comfortable. Really, the hotel is hard to beat for the price. And, Walmart and tons of restaurants are right down the street from the hotel so the location is great, too.

I have been in my room since March 23 and it has only been cleaned once. I have called almost everyday to complain, and everyday I'm told it will be cleaned. It's also very noisey. I am looking for another place to stay, they are going to miss out on two months of my money as well as a co-worker that would have been here for 6+ months.

After Reading other reviews I was hesitant to stay here, but my company had already booked and paid for the room. When I arrived I found little to no evidence that pointed to bugs or dirty sheets. The staff was friendly and helped me find the job site as well as resturants in the area. Would recomend for extended stays. Very convient to interstates and downtown area.

Our "Queen Suite" was small and in fact had a standard double bed until I complained and got it changed. We then had a queen bed with standard double bed sheets! The "full kitchen" had no pots, pans or utensils. When I complained, I was given one pan with a lid that didn't fit. I asked the manageress how it could be called a full kitchen when I could not even cook breakfast in it. She did not seem to understand the concept. I said I could not even make toast but it made no difference to her. We had booked for 3 weeks and thought we would be able to cook most meals there but it was out of the question. The wash basin did not hold water, the spout came off the kitchen tap, soaking me and all around me. The edges and corners of the carpet did not look as if they had ever been cleaned. Service with a smile does not happen there, nor even much without a smile. There was only one comfy chair. All in all, if you want cheap, that is exactly what you get in this place.

This is a terrible place, the rooms where dirty and smelled very bad. Not do believe them when they tell you that the rooms have not been smoked in. The stair cases are all rusted and did not appear to be safe. It does not appear to have been maintained at all. There where people hanging around outside and some people had moved the furniture from there rooms outside onto the walkways. We immediately left and it appears that we can not get a refund. We went next door to a Best Western and for a few dollars more had a very nice room.
