NASTY

There was a cockroach crawling on our bed. We pulled back the sheets to check the mattress and found the mattress pad covered in hair and a cigarette burn on it. This was a non smoking room. The kitchen cabinet door fell off when we opened it. The place is creepy, nasty!

what the hell happend

the place suck some dude took a dog turd and slaped it against the wall and mangement would do nothing about it.the ac leaks in the room smells like mildew gross for my daughter and my wife just nast. conside a better place to stay.

Ghetto hotel

This place is awful! I woke up with a backache because I couldn't sleep in the bed with my husband because the bed was so soft that we would both roll to the middle. Therefore, I had to sleep on the davenport which was so filthy that I had earlier gone to the desk to ask for a sheet to cover it. They seem to have some sort of government deal that results in some very unsavory types hanging out in the halls glaring at you when you walk by. They apparently live there. Anyway this is not a two star hotel. It is a ghetto hotel.

I don't think I would stay again

This was our first time staying here.. the room had a bad odor. The toilet was unlevel, the tub was dirty, my bedcovers had a burned hole in them and this was a nonsmoking room and the carpet strips was coming up and we didn't have enough towels for our family and when I went down to get more, they were closed. It was close to alot of stores and places to eat. I was glad our 2 nights was over.

Nice room

The room was good for the money. The staff was friendly, but not very concerned about a mistake they made. I made reservations there for a business meeting for myself and 3 others employees. I was assured by the man that took the reservations that my card would not be charged for all three rooms. Needless to say when we arrived they had charged my card $201.90, instead of the $71.14 for just my room like I was promised.

Not sure where the "4" stars came from

Do not be fooled by the pictures on the website!!! This place was not what they make it out to be, it was loud all night long, doors slamming, upstairs occupants we could hear every step they made. People were talking loud in the hallways all hours of the night. Cars in the parking lot playing loud thumping music. Not the best place in Nashville to stay, and certainly not what it is cracked up to be. I know my family and I will NOT stay here again. Decieved, Kentucky

SUCH A LET DOWN

To be honest i hated my stay here. the room had a smell and the employees were unconcerned. my bathroom door was broken, the couch was broken, and the kitchen chairs were filthy and unbarable to sit in. the room also had a odor. this should be a 1 star hotel. i will never stay at a crestwood suite anymore. P.S i hat to take a smoking rom after i reserved a none smoking room. at least they should reserve your room cause that why its called "RESERVATIONS"

hotel smotel

It was a comfortable room the only down sides were the couch looked a little gross and the tub was not very clean other than that it was an awesome room. OH the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night but we enjoyed our stay and are planning on going back during spring break.

What a deal and room

I am so glad I found this place. A great deal for the price. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and was pleased with the accomodations and will absolutely stay there again. Thanks for not ripping off the traveler like alot of the hotel/motel chains do so often. In New York this would cost about 300 bucks a night.

This is just a fantastic place to stay. Clean rooms, excellent amenities and the staff are wonderful. I stayed for 13 nights, and when the Wi-Fi Internet started to cause trouble I was moved to another room. Eric and Johnmark were extremely proffessional in their approach and attitude. I would recommend this establishment whole heartedly. Malcolm Hamerston (UK)
