It was a cozy hotel, but with rude employees

when I booked the reservation for my family and I, the reservation girl was knowledgeable and said all the right things. I figure since she went out of her way to find me a reservation, then this hotel has to be great!
When you first walk into the lobby there is a beautiful stair case and a nice cozy sitting area with a fireplace. The rooms were nice for a motel and the pool was the best thing about the hotel.
As we were waiting in line, the front desk representative was rude to the guest in front of us. It was an old couple who wanted a first floor room, but in her rude tone "those rooms are not vacant and you will have to take the 2nd floor". Her attitude was not professional at all. When Sue, front desk representative, was checking us and taking our information she carried a rude tone with my husband. She was also laughing for no reason. Her appreance was distasteful, she looked liked she had not taken a shower in a week (hair was greasy and pulled back, her eyes were red, white blouse had a tea stain) It was a turn off for us. We thought it would get better but as we stayed at this hotel for the week and whenever we saw her, she was rude to other guest on the phone and in person.
Now, my family and I visited this hotel this past weekend June 21 to June 22 and to my surprise Sue was there again with the same attitude and disregard to my family and I.
In the past 30 days, I have stayed at this hotel and had a bad experience. I will never stay here again and I plan on informing everyone about my recent stay at this hotel
