Crestwood Suites Orlando UCF, Orlando

this was the worst hotel me and my family ever went to. when we arrived there was only one man working the entire hotel! The rooms didnt have such a pleasant smell and everything was dirty and old. The kitchen utensils were nasty and moldy. The bathroom towels were small, old, and dirty. And u could here EVERYTHING! The whole night there was a baby crying and talking. We couldnt sleep. The bed sheets were very old and dirty. One of our family members complained that there was pubic hair on their bed in their room. The couch was black of how dirty it was and had dog hairs. The bathroom was full of ants and it was very nasty. DONT STAY THERE !!

After reading all the negative reviews about this hotel, I was skeptical about staying there. After visiting it while staying at another hotel, we found that not only were the rooms spacious but clean. We decided to stay at this hotel for Family Weekend at UCF and were not disappointed. We had an excellent stay, and plan to book again. Don't take the bad comments to heart!

Our swim club booked this place months ahead for a 3 day travel trip. When the kids arrived some them they were assigned smoking rooms - this is criminal and inexcusable

Many of the air conditions in the suites leak profusely soaking the carpets beneath.Management's response (local & corporate) is to have the maintenance man run a fan on the area for a couple of hours.When the inevitable mold starts to grow up the walls the manager's policy according to hotel staff is to spray the walls with bleach then paint over it.The problem with that scenario is that the mold is still in the carpets and continues to grow.Local inspectors don't catch the problem because they only inspect unoccupied suites.

i dont need to say anything except if you like bugs, mildew, filth, mold etc then this is the place for you..

During my stay I was told by house keeping that the hotel staff had discovered some 3rd floor guests had set up their own little crank lab then ducked out on their bill in the middle of the night after child services came and took an infant child away. It was very distressing to hear that management decided to keep this information from guests especially since this type of extended stay hotel has become a location of choice for some of the people who set up these labs. Earlier this year another extended stay hotel in the orlando area was in the news when guests had to be evacuated around 3 a.m because of a drug lab. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a faint heart or children.

We were looking for a hotel to stay at during a family wedding in Orland and I came across Crestwood Suites on the internet. I convinced my freinds and family to stay with me at Crestwood and the stay there was excellent. Everyone loved it. The employees were friendly and curtious. We are planning another visit in June or July for a family reunion. I will definitely be staying at Crestwood Suites (UCF)!!!!!!

Let me begin by saying…. “with all the information that is available on the internet about everything and anything-- I regret not doing research about this hotel! THE CRESTWOOD SUITES/EXTENDED STAY HOTEL near U.C.F. IS A DUMP! IT IS A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE STAY IF THEY DON’T KNOW ANY BETTER OR DON’T DO RESEARCH, (LIKE I SHOULD HAVE)!! On April 11, 2008, I needed to find a place to stay near U.C.F. I made internet reservations for a 2 night stay. When I arrived at the Crestwood Hotel, I was tired from a very long drive. All I could think about was just being able to take off my shoes and try to mediate my headache away. Upon entering my 1st floor room I noticed a mild musty odor. The air conditioner was on and its motor was loud, the refrigerator also was loud. Within minutes of me sitting down, I heard these hard thumping sounds coming from the ceiling. It sounded like someone was jumping from a chair or bed onto the floor. This stomping wasn’t coming from just one spot, it was coming from different places at the same time from the ceiling. At one point, I actually thought that someone would end up falling through the ceiling. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore and I called the front desk. A young man answered and he sounded as if he wasn’t surprised about my complaint. Oh, let me also tell you… minutes prior to my phone call to the front desk I saw a young boy throwing a couple of rocks toward the window above me. This young man who worked at the front desk has no ability to deal the paying public. He must be someone’s relative to work at this hotel. Because his attitude toward my room situation was very passive and slow. After he left, nothing changed. The stomping continued. Now, to add insult to injury…. As I am trying to fall asleep, the room next to mine is holding some kind of drunk vulgar language summit. I could hear everything as if there were no wall to separate our rooms. This lasted until 3am. All night long you could hear people cursing in the hall way and acting like fools. The exit door would open and close loudly each time. “ABSOLUTLEY NO SECURITY, ANY ONE COULD COME AND GO INTO THIS HOTEL. Finally….To make a long, sad, angry story short. My second night was even worse. The stomping on the ceiling continued and around 2am the room that was next to mine was again having a loud, obnoxious gathering. THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.(SMILING AND SAYING YES TO EVERYTHING DOES NOT GIVE THE STAFF THE RIGHT TO THINK THAT CUSTOMERS ARE STUPID) THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU COME BACK. YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM. THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WILL ONLY SMILE AT YOU WHEN YOU PAY THEM AND THEN WHEN YOU LEAVE “DO NOT“… I REPEAT….“DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL“.

This is a great hotel if you are visiting UCF. It is only 3 blocks away and there are many places to eat. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable.

Nice sized room---but many details not taken care of. Shower was very poor, broken light fixture and dirt under the beds. Very noisy at night---too many young kids from the UCF college.
