Crestwood Suites Orlando, Orlando

As soon as I saw the room, I checked out on the same day. Stained sheets, smells, very bad area. I was surprised I didn't get shot at! for an extra $10 I stayed at a better place.

This place was priced to fit our budget. The location was perfect, close to Disney, shopping and a variety of restaurants. However, the bed was uncomfortable (old mattress and no fitted sheet), the curtains didn't completely cover the window and the towels were ready for retirement. We used our beach towels and took advantage of the on-site laundry facility. Not sure that I would stay here again.

stayed there 5 days and the room was never cleaned. The hotel said they only clean the room once a week. Lol, i travel 100 days a year and this is the first time i stay in a hotel they do not clean the room everyday.

If you want to have an enjoyable visit to Orlando, do not stay here. If you book online they will neglect to inform you that this is an extended stay hotel. That means you do not receive housekeeping unless you call and ask. We stayed there for 5 days and it was awful. When we went to check in on day one we had to wait 30 mintues because the room was not ready. I asked for non-smoking, they gave us a smoking room. They had no towels to bathe with. They gave us large towels and said they were waiting on a delivery truck to come with the towels. That fiasco went on for 4 days;when they finally did get small bath towels(on day 4) they had no large towels! The second day they had no toilet tissue!!! We had to go to Wal-Mart and buy tissue. The front office staff and manager did not seem to care that they had no towels nor tissue. They were unprofessional and showed a lack of concern. When I kept asking about towels and tissue their response was, "we will see IF we can get some". The rooms were not the cleanest and you could smell the smoke through the sheets. They gave us six different keys because none of them worked properly. If you have kids, definitely do not stay here. Extended stay hotels are not good, because everyday you have to either call or go by the front desk for towels and anything else you need. Also, no one is at the front desk overnight, the front lobby closes by 9pm! If you need anything, you have to go and knock on the security officer's door. We will never stay there again!

I've never heard about Crestwood Suites before. I found the hotel online and the rates convienced me to stay there. When my family and I got there we were very pleased, the staff was very friendly and the hotels is very clean.
