HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
This place is the worst roach motel I've ever seen in my life. They double charged my credit card, saying that the room was not pre-paid through Yahoo, so they swiped my card again when we arrived. We reserved a King Non Smoking. They tried to give us a Double Smoking, after I complained he moved us to a suite....HAH. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned, there was hair and toothpaste still in the sink, the carpet was so dirty and sticky that 1. We left our shoes on the whole time, and 2. when we left, our shoes actually stuck to the floor. There were obvious "head prints" on the pillows where 2 people had laid on top of the comforter and did who knows what after the bed was made, there were huge brown stains on the cover underneath the comforter. There was a dipping sauce cup under the air conditioner unit and the dipping sauce that was in the cup was strung down the side of the table. The compartments in the headboard of the bed had dirt, pop, and cigarette ashes down in both of them. And to top it all off, there was a roach laying in front of the TV. Not a six legged critter that might crawl in bed with you....a marijuana roach. After complaining again, I was told that there was nothing they could or would do since they had a strict No Refunds policy. We checked out the next morning and went to the Super 8 up the strip. After checking the credit card we discovered that we had been double charged for the room, once through this site and once through their credit card machine. 1 week later, their charge is STILL showing as a pending charge against my bank account, even though it was supposedly refunded the morning we checked out, after again arguing for nearly a half hour that we had already paid for the room through Yahoo Travel, and again once we checked in. I even pulled up our bank account and showed the owner where Yahoo Travel had taken it out of our account and and posted the reference number on that as the last 4 of our reservation number, which matched his paperwork he had in front of him, showing him the reservation confirmation in my email, which had the entire reservation number, the last 4 digits of my credit card number, and the amount that had been charged and the fine print that said all reservations are pre-paid at the time of booking, he still argued that he had never been paid for the room. I'm still waiting for him to release the charge against my card, even though I have the VOID receipt he gave me that supposedly released the money immediately. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The Super 8 less than a mile away is only about 30 dollars more per night and CLEAN!
