Lacking Some Standard Features

Disappointed! A nice hotel but the rooms are missing some key features standard for a hotel of this class. Refrigerators and microwaves are not in every room. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers on site. And you can hear the traffic in the hallway on the floors above.

Superb Customer Service!

I'm in Casper every 2 weeks for work and I typically stay at the Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. No more. This is now my hotel of choice. GREAT customer service, nice clean rooms, restaurant and bar onsight which is priceless but above everything - the customer service is impeccable. Very great experience.
