Customer Service Over the top!

We just returned from Cancun and the EPM is a top notch resort. Our room was beautiful with poster bed, leather sofa, round bubble tub (big walk in shower also), complimentary mini bar stocked each day, complimentary room service, private patio. I chose this resort because I wanted something quieter and away from the partying noise that I am sure there is in the hotel area of Cancun. We visited their spa for a couples massage, which was fantastic also. The restaurants have wonderful food, and there was never any waiting, their shows are great too. The staff bends over backwards and everyone treated us like royalty. The customer service can not be beat. The only thing that may have been a very slight disappointment was the beach was not quite as nice as the Bahamas, it was clean but the water wasnt as beautiful as I imagined it would be....but we still enjoyed relaxing along the beach. Also...we took a snorkeling trip and I probably wont do that again in Cancun because I just did not think it was that great. The fish were not anywhere close to being as beautiful as the ones in the Bahamas and there were so few of them. I loved the all inclusive because then it was more enjoyable when all we had to worry about money wise was tip money! We will visit other places first since this was our first trip to Mexico, but when we go back to Cancun, it will definitely be at the EPM! The help was always so courteous...always smiling and greeting us. I also really liked that the resort was gated and you pass thru two security gates to get entrance to the resort. Very safe and a beautiful place!
