Fitz Inn Parking Systems, Boston

Fitz Inn and Jacob Wirth have an agreement of 2 hrs free parking when dining at Jacob Wirth. I had the waitstaff stamp my parking stub when I arrived at the restaurant. When I went to get my car the attendant said it would be the full amount of $15.00 flat rate. I told him I had my stub stamped in the restaurant. He said it was only valid if I stayed max. 2 hours (I was there for 3 hours). I paid the $15.00. The next day I emailed Jacob Wirth and told them their website was misleading. He forwarded my email to the owner of Fitz Inn. The owner apologized for the misunderstanding. He asked for my address to send me a gift certificate to the restaurant and free parking for all my trouble. I thought that was nice of him, unfortunately that was over a month ago and I haven't seen anything in the mail. I guess the owner didn't really care how he treats his customers and I either does his attendants. I will never park at Fitz Inn again! Clearly the attendant was pocketing the extra cash because it doesn't matter if you stay longer than 2 hours at the resturant you still get 2 hours free.
