We had a lot of fun here
I liked that this was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk and search out food. There was quite a bit of construction going on across the street which made getting to the hotel a bit tricky (streets that had turned to one-ways that weren't marked correctly on my MapQuest directions!) But once we got there, parking was ample. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep since our room faced the construction, but honestly I didn't hear a single thing all night! The pool was fantastic (deep enough to have a good swim in and wasn't too hot or cold.) I was open until 10 or 11 I think, but they didn't seem to be too strict about the "closing time." They also had a really nice hot tub. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very decent and there was a computer with internet access that I was able to use for free to check emails etc. My son asked if we could stay in the same place on our way home, but unfortunately that wasn't a choice.
