The staff is nice, the camp sites are NOT cramped, they have great amenities and lots of activities for the kids. We like the large outdoor pool and lazy river. The adults like the beach just steps from our campsite. Can't wait to go back next year!

What happen to my Pirateland?

I've been to Pirateland since i was 16 now I'm 55 and it was great!!! But over the past 5 years it has been going down hill.I know that if you don't go, 5 more will take your place.So,i feel like the owners just look at the BIG money but not the whole picture. I guess rome though that also but you know the out come of that.

Best Place Ever

This is our families second year going to Pirateland Family Campground. Both times we stayed we ended up adding nights. The price is great for the kids to be able to go to the gated pool and play in the water when ever they want and when it rains, the indoor pool is great. The people are great and we've met other families from our home town and still keep in touch and send pictures back and forth of our trips. Great place and will go there every year from now on...

GONE DOWNHILL

I've stayed here for the last 13 yrs, just got back from there (left a day early) restrooms always dirty & without t.paper. Kids constantly driving around on golf carts, even after midnite. I was worried about my grand children getting hit by one of them. This place has gone so downhill, I won't be back, I'll give Ocean Lakes a try.
