Casa21 is just amazing !!!! Saskia and Marc ensure perfection .... Beautiful guesthouse, luxurious rooms, cozy environment, outstanding breakfast, delicious restaurant, excellent staff and – as climax – the personalized treatment by Saskia and Marc. Due to Casa21 and Saskia and Marc “Living like God in France” is changed into “Living like God in Dominican Republic” !!!! THANKS !!!! Marc Lodefier aka B1 ;-)

I stayed at Casa Veintiuno with my boyfriend for five days for my birthday. We had an amazing time! Everything looked just like the pictures on the website and it was exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the number 1 suite and had breakfast served in the bedroom every day. We laid out by the pool a lot which was extremely refreshing! The weather was perfect: hot and sunny :). The service was amazing - whatever you needed it was taken care of. We probably tried every drink on the menu and the "coco loco" was definitely the best! The food at the restaurant they have down stairs which is open to everyone was INCREDIBLE! The steak tartar is TO DIE FOR! My boyfriend and I probably tried everything on the menu and everything was delicious! We also took two tours - we did a horse back riding tour and rode horses through the mountains and ended up at a waterfall that we could swim in. We also went on a snorkeling tour right down the street for only 10$! We went out on the boat for about an hour and got to swim and feed the fish! Sousa is beautiful and Catamaran is great as well! On our last night we went to the Catamaran which is a town right next to Sousa where you find what restaurant you want to eat by walking on the beach! Overall my boyfriend and I had an AMAZING time! And definitely want to go back, maybe next time for longer and with a big group :). Oh and another one of my favorite parts was that afternoon after the room was cleaned there would be either an elephant figurine a swan or heart made out of towels!

We loved our stay in the Casa 21 B&B. Marc and Saskia did a great job to host us in a perfect way. The environment is fantastic with the Sosua bay, Cabarate and Peurto Plata nearby. Also the crew is doing a great job, as well in the kitchen and in the rest of the B&B. Especially a congratulation to Marc for the lovely seafood. We stayed at Casa Veintiuno for 2 nights in July while we were in Sosua, and we absolutely loved it! From top to bottom beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, we were very impressed! From the second we walked onto the property, we could see that the staff was very detail oriented. Spiral staircases, more beautiful artwork, balconies, a workout area, and a pool table were in the common areas of Casa 21. We were pleasantly suprised when we got into our room (top floor), it was beautiful! Clean, all white decor, plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothing, nice bathoom, flat screen tv, and even an ipod dock with adapters. There were towels folded into the shape of swans on the bed, it was extremely creative! The only change I would make to the room would be to install a full length mirror. Other than that, the room itself was great. The dining area had a refreshing atmosphere from the white linens and black seating, to the artwork that adds a lively burst of color. The service was wonderful. The menus had a variety of options to choose from. Good sized portions of food, we very much enjoyed our meals. Being that Casa 21 is a B&B, I must mention that the breakfast is amazing! Nightlife is just around the corner, plenty of bars/clubs close by. Sosua Beach is only a short walk across the street. It's also in a quiet and safe location, gated and guarded after 11pm.

A very nice, trendy, beautyful place, with nice and frendly owners who try to make your stay like it's living in a paradise! Near by the beach en Sosua City.

This place was excellent for our holiday. Very nice room, great swimming pool, delicious cocktails, excellent food and the owners and staff treated us like we were the king! Nothing more to say…. It was like paradise and I could have stayed much longer!

We‘ve seen lots of places and stayed in them as well, but none of them can compare with the luxury of this B&B. I will recommend Casaveitiuno to all those who like good food, privacy and quietness.

We loved this place. It is quiet and has lovely rooms, good food and great staff! They made our holiday a true trip to paradise. There was nothing wrong except the lenght of our stay for we wished we could have stayed longer. We will surely go back! I would definitely recommend it. So much better than a 5 star resort!!

By far, the best accommodations and dining I have experienced in Sosua-Cabarete area. elegant, stylish, "boutique style" accommodations, with great attention to detail and comfort. dining by the pool and lingering over Marc's wonderful, tasty, always fresh creations after a day at the nearby beach is hard to beat. Saskia and Marc have designed an experience that you will want to repeat. I have traveled world-wide, and casa 21 is right up there with the best. I recommend it highly.

This place is very trendy and the owners are very welcoming. It has a nice atmosphere and the surrounding is really relaxing. The food and service are excellent. Super rooms!! big bed, big bathroom and everything is provided, from cable, wifi, laundry service etc. Worth the money!!
