Not upto the mark

We had booked two junior suites after going through the pictures of the rooms posted on the on their website. However, after going there we realised that the rooms that we were allocated lto us ooked very ordinary(mean to say it was something that can be classified as a standard room and not suite). When we asked the manager he told us that there are two types of Junior suites and we had been allocated one of those types..(then why dont u mention that on your website?) which is not agreeable.......
Secondly, although there is a famous restuarant attached to the restaurant we later learnt that it is not run by the hotel group and is in fact let out. Which means u dont get breakfast...tea coffee.. When we requested the hotel persons to get us coffee in the morning they made arrangements to get it from a hotel nearby and the coffee was pretty average.
The toilet was smelly and small...considering that we had booked a 'junior suite' it was very frustrating. My dad who had taken another room had requested for a bath towel and was shocked to see a dirty, used towel given to him for use.
The room service is not great...and we were also highly disppointed with the food served at their roof top restaurant. Fish was badly cooked..they did not have prawns, crabs, squid inspite of the fact that its a coastal area. Infact I enjoyed having prawns after gettin back to Bangalore.
They had a shortage of AC remotes...as a result of which they kept the AC at 16 degrees and got us almost frozen untill we requested them to give us the remotes immediately......
I think the rooms are overly priced for the facilities available and the service is below average.
