Don't stay here.

I stayed there four nights, and it was okay except for two things. The restaurant did not stay open as long as advertised. We missed breakfast one morning because they closed early. The other thing was, my last night there there was a dog barking dog in the room across the hall (this hotel has a "no pets policy and supposedly charges a cleaning fee for people who violate it).. I called the front desk at 1:30 in the morning, and the night clerk, Nicky, told me that the dog's owners "went to Disney World and weren't answering their cell phone." She did offer to change my room, but give me a break. At 1:30 in the morning? Why didn't they change the dog's room? I love dogs, but he barked all night. The next morning, the day supervisor, Naderia, told me that they had "handled the situation" by talking to the dog's owner She offered nothing else--no reimbursement, nothin, maybe because I was interrupting her breakfast. Bottom line, do yourself a favor: stay at the Best Western just across the parking lot. It's very nice, and the staff there know their job and care about doing it.
