I think this brand of hotels is ideal for a place like seoul...you have everything you need with a reasonable price. It's a choice for transient guests and I would rather stay in a self-service economic hotel like this than waste my money on some phoney luxury hotel with about the same type of amenities. This is a convienient and rational choice to make.

The OVERALL quality of service, accomodations and amenities is what one could expect, and it would be hard to exceed all the above. And would stay here on any return to Seoul.

This is my usual hotel when in Seoul, and I absolutely love it. General Manager Bruce Lee has assembled a wonderful crew that provides prompt, friendly service. All of the staff are fluent in English, which is more than can be said of most places in Seoul. Highly recommended.

i didnt get any heating, it was December!!!
i figured it would be running sometime but i woke up
in the morning frozen...so i called a serviceman and he said
that he fixed it, so i went back to sleep but woke up a few
hours later with no heating. i was frozen cold!!!
when i explained this to the front desk, the lady simply said
i'm sorry, but i have to pay the full amount. my intention
wasn't to get a discount, i wanted a full sincere apology, something she did not offer.
i was mad and caught a cold soon after.
