Sleep Inn and Suites Tulsa, Tulsa

Have stayed this Sleep Inn before so, Manger was good to help, But 2 towels 1 wash cloth, no coffee pot, stain on the floor, sleeper was something else. Slept good room was quiet. room was not ready.

I stayed at this 3 times before my last visit I kept coming back because I liked the location and the staff until I found BED BUGS crawling on the sheets in the morning. I called the front desk and told them about it and they said they would move me to a different room well instead they told me I was the problem that I brought the bugs in and that I needed to leave not only was I offended but pissed! They went into my room went through my items and packed them (i was at a show) and put them at the front of the hotel lobby in a laundry cart and told me I had to leave! I have never been treated in such a demeaning manner and advise to stay away! When I got home I did some research on the internet about this particular hotel and found out that they have had a problem with bed bugs before. Needless to say $120 later in doctors visits, medicine, pesticides and dry cleaning (took all my clothes to the cleaners after i left the hotel)I finally got rid of them. I had to leave my show I was working and find another hotel, spray my suitcases down with pesticides, and clean my clothing and go to the doctor because the bites started to appear 2 days later and hurt and itch like crazy. Staying at this hotel is not a pleasant exeripence!

The hotel was nice and staff was wonderfull only bad was the hot tube was not hot and to much clhorine in the pool other than that we have used this hotel twice and been happy both times

We were very pleasantly surprised by the this hotel. It was very nicely decorated - actually looked new - the staff could not have been more helpful - the beds were very comfortable - the complimentary breakfast was above average, I highly recommend this hotel - the location is good also.

I like everything!!! The service and everything is wonderfull!! I will definitly come back!! I would reccomend it to my family,friends,mom,dad,youth group and everyone else..

This Sleep Inn is wonderful. It is decorated beautifully with all the necessary accommodations. The pool spa and sauna are great as well. The breakfast bar is way more than one would expect and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downfalls are the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel or within 1-2 miles and the fitness room is a bit lacking :( Other than that it is a great hotel- I�ll stay there every time I�m in Tulsa!
