If customer service matters, don't stay here

If Marriott only knew, I am sure they would be embarrassed to be associated with this hotel based on their lousy customer service. But fortunately for the hotel, there aren't a lot of decent choices in Yakima. It's new, clean, convenient location, but their staff is one of the worst I've ever come across and beware of making online reservations. They will criticize you for it, even if the reservation was made on Marriott's own website.
