We stayed in this motel for about 7 weeks and the room was clean the bathroom was a little small the bed was very comfortable and the sheets and blankets clean and smelled good the towels were high quality.The motel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable

This hotel caters to low life people!! If you do not get a parking space in front of the hotel.. You are forced to park in the back of the building! When you drive to the back of the hotel, you can find a bunch of beer drinking going on outside the room with doors open, and drunk guys cussing like a sailor! Was very embarrassed when I booked this for my family! This is NOT a family establishment!!! This hotel caters to bottom of the barrel type people! Once we got to our floor. My family and I passed a couple african americans that smelled very badly of marijuana! People hanging outside the front door of the hotel... Looked like they were ready to make or were waiting to make a drug deal! This place is just AWFUL! Like one person stated... This is a 1 star establishment... With one star being too many!

Location was convenient; easy to get to local restaurants, shopping, and interstates. The front desk attendent was very helpful in printing maps and directions for me. However, the room, especially the bathroom, was not very clean. It was obvious that cleaning attempts had been lax for some time; the grime was not the result of a short-term problem. Additionally, the bed was the worst motel/hotel bed I've ever experienced, especially the pillows (like sleeping on golf balls, that lumpy!). I asked three separate times for pillows over the course of three days and was refused every time. Having said all this, the motel was booked solid for the weekend, which could explain some shortcomings. Any service business, though, should be able to accomodate the guests for which it has agreed to provide service. This stay has convinced me NOT to try Mainstay Suites again.

I only stayed here about 5 minutes before I checked out. The room was nasty. I reserved a non-smoking room but there were burns all over the carpet and furniture. The chairs,sofa, and carpet were very stained, and there was a red stain between the two beds that I'm hoping was ketchup. The staff was completely unprofessional. We arrived well after check-in time only to find our room was not ready. Once they sent us to our room they gave us the wrong room number and sent us to an occupied room. I felt completely unsafe in this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone. This was an awful experience and one star is one star too many.
