Dunes of Panama, Panama City

This place was great. We were in building E, which has an arcade and fitness center on the main floor. The pool was closed in our building for repairs, but there are two other pools. It's close to restaurants, and shops. Perfect for any age or family. We went during sprink break, and it was fine. The rooms are clean and you can't hear your neighbor. You're right on the beach. I would highly recommend this place!!!

This is a great place to stay. i would much rather be on the south end of the beach as there is always light traffic. also close to all of the good resturants. this is the best deal on the beach.

We have been going to the Dunes for about 21 years! The kids were newborn and now they are 21 and 20 and can't wait to go there! We've tried other places but ALWAYS end up back at the Dunes. Convenient, great views, great pools, units are clean and comfy, and the prices are right!! Thanks Dunes!!

My sister and I planned this tripped for the family and our mom and dad went with us and we had a wonderful time. we were in building D and loved the view of the ocean and it was very relaxing to sit out on the balcony and hear the waves at night. We have already booked for july 2009 in the same building and room.

I have been going to the Dunes of Panama for close to 12 years. Started out as family vacations there and then spring breaks with friends. The staff is super friendly there, plenty of amenities, amazing views of the Gulf, and clean facilities. The place is perfect for families, if your in Panama City for college spring breaks/high school spring breaks- you can avoid all of the chaos at this quiet laid back resort. Tons of attractions in the area which the staff are more than happy to point you in the right direction for. Will stay there for years to come...

The A building may be the older of the 5 buildings, however, the view is worth a million dollars. You can watch the sun "boil" the gulf as it sets. The beach is fabulous and the three pools are family friendly. Sudsweisers, the on site beer/pina colada/daquiri/snack outlet is worth the trip as Robert makes you feel right at home. Wet Money, Wet Feet, No problem! We LOVE Dunes of Panama!

My family and friends love this place we found it by accident when we rented another area place and were disatified with the cleanliness and left to find something else. Ya hoo we found Dunes of Panama and have gone back now for about 6 years in a row. WE have had differant rooms and have been satisfied with all. We have refered this place to many and everyone loves it and returns. You wont go wrong and the location is great........ We could not make it last year but are coming this year. But are friends who rent by the month still are going strong.

We've stayed here several times and love it. The only issue we ever had was that we were put in Building B once and couldn't see the ocean for the pool building ... we were immediately given our choice of an alternate unit, and chose a really nice one in Building E. It was gorgeous and very spacious. Every unit we have stayed in has been great, we usually stay in Building E. We are planning our second visit for this year, and can't wait to get back there!

Dunes of Panama is a great complex. It has a convenient location and outstanding view. The grounds were immaculate as well the pool. Lots of chairs around the pool area so no need to worry about not getting a spot. The unit we rented, which was on the 3rd floor of Building E - could have been better. The bathroom had mold and it was just not the cleanest in general. We are going back in a couple of days and am getting a different unit. I am sure I will be happy with this unit.
