Good Price, Good Location
By Traveling Beauty, 7/24/10
This hotel is located across from Buzzy's Pizzeria (which has great buffalo wings). The room I had was in good condition and the price was great. If you have a AAA or AARP card I stongly suggest you use when booking your room. The savings are between 10-20 percent. The contintental breakfast is a joke because it consists of toast, cereal and maybe a bagel. The only serious complaint I have is the smoking rooms are a little too close to the non smoking rooms. Overall I would recommend this hotel to those who are on a budget.

Very Dirty
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/1/10
This place looked like an abandon warehouse turned motel. Their beds are infested with bed bugs!! We stayed for 2 nights and on the first night, my girlfriend got bit 5 times (she got an infection and now needs to go to the ER) and I got bit almost 10 times. This place is disgusting and service was bad. The front desk was rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend anyone staying in Super 8 Motel in Niagara Falls.

DANGER!! BEDBUGS!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/21/08
DO NOT GO THERE! By no means. This place is infested with BEDBUGS! Your booby prize is 15% discount! Cheap motel - Cheap service! DO NOT GO to BEL AIRE at 9470 Niagara Falls Blvd. For two hours stay, we got bitten and caught three BEDBUGS! UGH! The receptionist (mean indian guy) refuse to refund our money even under this circumstances so we get rob as well. Miserable motel - Poor service! The owner for the two motels Mr.Suk was not valorous enough to came out of his office and face us. To came and say simple "Sorry". What for?! He got his money! What a way to do business!! So for one night we change three places. My advice - pay $20 more and go to GRAND NIAGARA!

It's clean and inexpensive
By K B, 9/19/07
Cleanliness, price, and comfortable beds are the first things I look for in a motel. This one is a winner on all counts. We stayed here four nights and have been very satisfied. It's a short drive to everything we wanted to see and was much cheaper than motels closer to town. Would definitely stay here again.

No Toilet
By CURT, 7/14/07
The service at this hotel is just awful. We had to call the front desk at 10:30 p.m. because our toilet wouldnt flush all the way. We were told that they would be right up to fix it. We finally gave up waiting at 1:00 a.m. The beds were horrible. I could have gotten a better nights sleep on a bed of nails! And then when we checked out it would have been nice to have been greeted with a good morning or how was your stay? Instead of the curt responses, that we got from the desk person. I would not recommend staying here at all!

A place to sleep
By l_f, 10/3/06
We weren't looking for a lot of extras in the hotel- just a clean, quiet, safe place to sleep. Our room was clean and comfortable (the blankets on the bed were shabby brown acrylic that look overdue for replacement- but I'm hoping they wore out quickly because of zealous washing). It was a bit too noisy because we were right next to the ice and vending machines. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful. The layout of the hotel is such that all of the parking is all the way in back. You can't see your car from the rooms. However, the parking lot camera feed can be seen from all the room TVs. That's either reassuring or creepy, depending. Food, meh. I've had much better complimentary breakfasts. This one featured a skimpy choice of muffins, toast or rubbery bagels, coffee and juice (no cereal, no fruit, etc) in a grim little side room with sticky floors. Most of our meals were eaten elsewhere though, so that wasn't a big problem. I'd stay again if I just needed a bed and the price was right. But if I was planning on spending more time indoors, I'd stay elsewhere.

Wouldn't book there again...
By Renee', 9/10/06
First of all...the rates were cheaper compared to all others and I've stayed @ a Super 8 before so I figured things would be ok. The first night went well. The staff was very friendly with checking us in and providing info of the area. They shuttled us to and from the falls, which was nice...but failed to mention that the shuttle was public transportation...my being from the country and have never riden public transport in my life, didn't know what the heck to do. To top it all off, I woke up the 2nd morning and found a bug on my pillow. I was half asleep and didn't make a big deal about it. Until I started itching on the way home and found little bug bites all over my arms and legs. Gross.

I am exhausted
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/7/06
I just returned yesterday from what I expected to be a restful relaxing vacation. The paper thin ceilings in this hotel made us feel like there were other guests in the same hotel room with us. If I wanted to take the children, I would have brought my grands. I am exhausted and in two days I may have gotten 6 hours of sleep. The noise starts first thing in the morning and lasts all night. This was in a luxury room too, by the way.

They are cheaters!
By Qiqi, 7/1/06
I booked a room for two nights by phone. But when I came over to that place after long drive, they increased the price for me. I was furious. so I left without stay after a nasty querrel with a middle-age front desk guy, who was also the guy ask me for the new price. Now here comes the worst part.I left without staying for a single night. They still charged me for TWO nights on my credit card. I maybe late for cancelling the first night but I definitely shown my unwillness to stay for the second night. What the heck are those people? that's how they do bussiness? My fault was that I did not make sure they sent me a confirmation email, although I asked for it and was told to be sent one the day after I made the reservation. It never came. It is the worst ever hotel experience I have ever had. Please read my review again if you ever consider that cheater's hole for a night
