horrible
By Carl P, 02/09/10
Cheesy. Motel grade. Not worth the money. Full size bed was HARD, no mattress pad, flat pillows, and the bedding felt like burlap wrapped cardboard. 2 Full bathrooms with no shower pressure and if you are over 5'5 you must kneel to be under the shower head. Sub-standard soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The "lovely" jacuzzi tub in the bedroom looked fabulous with its marble and mirror surround. The tub jets were intermittent, the water smelled like dirt and the water drained from the tub no matter how hard we tried to stop it. The tub was also extremely loud and not at all relaxing. The gas fireplace was a nice touch as long as you didnt mind the ticking time bomb noise coming from the timer. There was no real climate control as the room varied from hot as hell to freeze your butt off in a matter of hours. The fridge smelled horrific and I refused to put food in it. Bring your binoculars if you plan on watching tv as it is tiny. Plan on hearing every noise from the neighboring rooms and remember, they can hear you too. Even the front desk girl admitted that she didnt like staying there either. We toured 2 other "resorts" owned by these people and they were just as bad. Dont waste your time. The extreme high-pressure sales tactics are ridiculous as well. We would have bought just to travel elsewhere but the sales people were far too pushy and in-your-face. Alas, one can only polish a turd so much and its still a turd.

We will most definitly go back in the future ! great staff, friendly & helpful ! love it love it ! Plenty of room for us, had 1 of the 3, 2 - bedroom units right in front of the ocean, 3 sliding glass doors right onto overlooking the ocean ! Great

Great Location

The location on the water was great. Everyone was helpful and kind. Places of interest and town very near by. In addition the place was very clean and felt will cared for. The beach is walking distance.

Beach Vacation
By TJ, 09/23/05
I liked... Amenities - in room kitchenette, Location - beautiful balcony view of the beach, several waterfront areas within walking distance. A really nice barwith nightly entertainment 3 blocks away. Only a mile or so from the supermarket/pharmacy and Falmouth downtown area. Only 3.5 miles from the hospital. Bedroom - perfect, fireplace, whirlpool bath and all. Vacation sales pitch - they tried hard to have us join their timeshare program, we didn't bite, but we got $40 in restaurant vouchers and 2 Adult tickets for the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for listening to the pitch. I disliked... Living room funishings - everything was nice and new, but everything seems a little too small for or crammed into the room. Service - Didn't get fresh towels the first couple of days, new staff on duty.
