When I told the desk clerk that we had not been able to shower she said that was unusual for the 2nd floor, they knew they had a problem with getting hot water to the 4th floor.

Friendly staff, great location and very clean and healthy environment. Bit lacking in amenities though but good value for money. I would definitely like to come back here.

I make all the reservations for my son's travel baseball team. Our games got rained out and we showed up at the hotel at 12:30 PM to try to get in our rooms. They were sold out the night before, but still managed to find clean rooms for us. It cleared off later in the day and the kids played whiffle ball on the back corner of the lot. We set up a barbecue grill that night and ate dinner back there. We enjoyed the recliners and the ability to cook in the room. The entire property was spotless. The manager made a room list for us with telephone extension numbers. I understand the extensions are different than the room number for security purposes. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist us. The only downside was the lack of an ice machine. We're in the process of changing all of our reservations to this chain for the rest of the year.
