Bay Top Motel, Laconia

For a few years now we have attended a car show at GunStock and have stayed each year at The Bay Top Motel. We love it there. Its quiet,the rooms are great, and we are always relaxed and enjoy our visit. Infact this year we are going and there isn't even going to be a car show .They had to change the show to when we could not make it but we did not not want to give up our trip to Laconia and The Bay Top, so we are going and will find other things to do while we are there. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms and I was pleasantly surprised with all the Bay Top had to offer. I often have a difficult time staying in hotels and motels but had no difficulties with the Bay Top. It was cozy and quaintly decorated. I opted to have a snack basket with sparkling cider left in the room and was not disappointed. There was a nice assortment of items and the cider and other beverages were left in the fridge. The jacuzzi was excellent and clearly well maintained. The Bay Top Motel is very reasonably priced for what it offers. We are looking forward to going back.

We stayed at Bay Top for the first time this summer and loved it. The location was great, within walking distance of Weir's Beach and all the excitement but still quiet and restful. The room had a fridge and microwave and was very clean and comfortable. George was very friendly and gave us great ideas for having fun. Would definately stay again. Thanks George. Pat from PA

We have been staying at Bay Top for the Sept Nextel Race for 6 or 7 years now. George has always made us feel welcome. We wouldn't book anywhere else! Cozy and comfy and a nice view. Wendy

We love coming to the motel-George has been great to us. He makes you feel like one of the family. Thanks George! The rooms are always clean-the grounds are always beautiful. You can also see the lake as you are sitting in the gazeebo. Everytime we come there is something new added!!!!

Can't say anything bad about the place. Very clean, great attentive staff. All the necessities and on the water. It is on a main street but once in the complex, you would never know it. Would definitely stay there again.
