Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, Springfield

We stayed out the hilton because we had a function at the basketball hall of fame. Certainly did not find the hotel cheap for what you got. After our function we went to the pool which is certainly nothing to right home about actually was kind of nervous to let my 2 your old daughter in because it did not look to healthy. Then we were all tired and just wanted to go to bed. Put my baby and two year old who was potty training to bed. Well after they were all asleep the toilet in the bathroom clogged up. Called down to the front desk and they told us their was nothing they could do for us that maintnance had gone home. Since the hotel was full we could possably come use the bathroom downstairs by the front desk. We were on the fifth floor. Then they said well they may have one empty room, we could not move to it but could possalbly us the bathroom I don't remember what floor it was on but it was not our floor. Finally after about an hour someone knocked on our door and handed us a plunger. No service thier we had to try to repair it ourselves. Needless to say would never stay or recommend this hotel again.
