This is a great hotel for beach lovers. My wife will tell you otherwise, she prefers the pool, but since it was so well located there were a lot of other places to go, and they were almost all within walking distance. The room was small but nice and clean. It was amazing, really amazing, the only bad thing was that the elevator wasn't working and we had our room in the third store, so It wasn't very good after a drinking night out.
Never thought that being so conveniently located near to the beach could have been the greatest option for everything, you start your party very early from there. Very Cool, nice hotel, nice staff and very nice location.
The crowded lobby is my only complaint. Is difficult to pass through every time you want to go to your room, but everything else was very nice, the room, the bathroom, everything was very clean and the location is incredible. The staff was nice, but the crowded lobby made it difficult to talk to them.
The hotel may not be the cheapest in South Beach, but I bet is the cheapest in front of the beach. The location of the Majestic is incredible. Is on ocean dr. and very close to almost everything. It's amazing. My boyfriend and I arrived on a Friday, very early, which was a good idea, because finally we could check in rather fast before it got hectic. The room was very clean and I liked very much the art deco style. Sheets were clean and the bathroom was very organized and neat. We wanted to do so many things that it got difficult at one point, because either you take so much advantage of the location or you ended up going crazy not knowing which way to go.
Overall everything was almost perfect, beside the super expensive parking fee (25 a day) everything worked out very good for us.
The hotel is in front of the beach, believe it or not. I couldn't believe it. I actually thought we were paying a very low price for this location. You walk like 30 seconds and you are there in the middle of the beach, probably one of the best spots. Overall the hotel is pretty nice. The room and bathroom were clean and we got an incredible ocean view. The staff was pretty much very nice people. But I didn't like the restaurant that operates from the lobby. That is my only complaint. I really loved it.
I liked the location, but the rooms are not like on the pictures at all. This place needs renovation. Other guests are noisy, partying, and very difficult to get some rest either in the beginning of the night or during the night.
Clients are very young and haghing in the corridor, so when you walk by it feels a little impressive. You are wondering where you are.
Overall, I would not like to have to do the cleaning of the room, it is terrible the condition they are feft in by the custumer. For me I think I made a big mistake going there...
Very happy to be back home, no screaming, yealling, bagning or ...
Sorry for the people working at the restaurant who are I think providing a great service.
