Palms Retro, Atlantic Beach

This was a very clean,cozy place. The bedroom was roomy. Nice courtyard. The staff was very helpful. The location is convenient. The Palms is close to the beach and restaurants but far away that it is quiet. I was very happy with our stay. Great Value!!!!!

I loved this place! It reminded me of the old timey motor court motels that had their heydey long ago. But, though it appealed to my love of "Old Florida," everything was up-to-date. The rooms were clean and spacious. The grounds were appealing. We were treated very well. We left too late to arrive for normal check-in and the Palms' staff went above and beyond to ensure that we could check in after hours. We were assured it was no trouble. Additionally, we were on a quiet street but within walking distance of excellent dining and walks on the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and hated when we had to leave it behind! I am glad we discovered this little place. It was well worth the trip. My only regret was there was no pool available, but, that would not stop me from staying again.
