Pimalai Resort And Spa, Ko Lanta

a huge resort with furnished plants,good service and good price in low season.we lived in 2 beds room pool villa and have a good view facing andaman sea,its magnificent!

My family (including 2 children; 12 & 16) recently returned from a stay at Pimalai. It was the highlight of a terrific three week vacation in Thailand. Everything about Pimalai was outstanding. The location is spectacular (nestled in a cove close to the tip of the island), the service terrific and the food great (we ate mainly at the upper restaurant - the breakfast buffets were unbelievable). Part of what makes Pimalai so wonderful is the GM, Franck. We had the good fortune to meet him during our stay and he was very gracious and made us feel very welcome. His care for the guests and the property clearly rubs off on the staff. We live in the US so it will be awhile before we make it back to Thailand, but we can't wait to return - we travel a lot and Pimalai is one of our favorite destinations.

My husband and I had the chance to travel to Thailand this february 2007, and to discover the beauty and serenity of the Pimalai Resort & Spa.. The reality surpassed our expectations.. beside the beauty of the resort ( we stayed in a pool Villa), we enjoyed the numerous activities, offered right there by the Pimalai: The Spa treatments,( the Spa is like an oasis)- the variety of restaurants ( we even took a Thai Cooking class), went on a Squid fishing trip @ sunset, a wonderful snorkeling excursion and a exhalirating Elephant trekking .. it was like a second Honeymoon.. We hope to return to this Paradise .. I also would like to mentioned the kindness of the staff.. May your path takes you to the Pimalai.....

SERVIE EXCELLENT, ROOMS EXCEPTIONAL, FOOD AVERAGE, TRY SAME SAME RESTAURANT AJACENT TO RESORT, BETTER FOOD AND PRICE. wAS NOT IMPRESSED THAT RESORT WAS PARTLY CLOSED, UPPER RESTAURANT AND POOL AND DIVE CENTER. wOULD NOT HAVE STAYED HERE IF THIS INFORMATION HAD BEEN RELAYED TO ME BEFORE BOOKING. THIS WAS MOST DISCERNING BECAUSE THE TRIP WAS FOR INTENTION OF DIVING. hAD TO USE OUTSIDE SERVICES.

Just came back from Pimalai with my wife & we just fell in love with the place. Great value for money, staff are so friendly. We really felt like being part of their family The rooms were spacious & well designed, we stayed in their Superior. The spa was amazing, blending with the surrouding nature, its doesnt seem like a 4 years old resort... Will definitely be going back there soon
