Rose Arbor Inn, St Paul

I chose this B&B because I was going to be in St. Paul on business and their website touted the B&B as offering gourmet breakfast. Instead, what I got was a stack of rubbery pancakes that were made from a box mix. On top of proving to be very un-gourmet, I found glass beads baked into my pancakes. I am guessing they came from the proprietor's child's beading projects. They did not live up to their self-proclaimed repuation for gourmet breakfasts. No fruit, bacon, ham, hashbrowns, etc. were offered. Only glass-laced pancakes from a box. I left hungry and disappointed.

The b&b itself was beautiful the food was great and the service was wonderful plus they include a brekfast But who needs it you will be so full from dinner so come on stay at this Bed and dinner for a change !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Inn keepers are new to the Bed & Breakfest bussiness but, bent over backwards to make our family feel at home.

I have stayed at the Rose Arbor Inn on many occassions from its opening until my most recent visit in May through June of 2004. The owners have always provided the best of service and they always make me feel as if I were their only guest, giving me the best service any bed and breakfast, or dinner, could provide. The home is beautiful and in an excellent location. There has always been more than enough hot water for showers, pleanty of clean towels, lots of extras, ample air conditioning for hot summer days, and the food is always outstanding! Any request is always met graciously and quickly. My first choice of places to stay when in St. Paul is the Rose Arbor Inn. I might add, I only stay in 5 star hotels when I am not in St. Paul, and I am most comfortable, indeed, at the Rose Arbor Inn.
