It was clean

We just stayed for the weekend while visiting family but the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.The beds were comfortable and the sheets and blankets smelled as though they had just been bleached which is a huge plus.

Clean and New

We stayed here to see NY Jets at training camp. Hotel is right across from SUNY Cortland and the camp so it was super convenient for us. Asked for help with restaurants and was not given much but could handle that ourselves. Not very far from Ithaca. Room was clean and new and large. Free cookies and snacks at night as well as a good breakfast offered in the AM. Would stay again if I had a need.

Still a great place to stay!

Returned for another stay at the Country Inn October '08 and found it to be just as nice as earlier visits in 2002. Staff was very welcoming, coffee & cookies 24/7, desert bar at night very nice touch and breakfast was more than continental fare with waffles, eggs & sausage. Room very nice - very good value. Great place to stay for Cortland State events.

excellent accommodation stayed here about 4 times over last two years Room like a marriott hotel buffet breakfast quite good very clean and safe and across the road to cortand campus

Room is very clean, and service is pretty good. In this travel, I visited more than 5 hotels includin 3 times expensive one. Here is the best hotel for us. We want to visit again.

Awful Place

The hotel is out of no where. The room was average and there is nothing much could do in the hotel. There alway no one pick up the phone.

Nicest hotel i've ever stayed at

This hotel was phenominal. The front desk was attentive to every need and was excellent. I received better service and a nicer room here than I have gotten at larger corporate hotels in NYC. If anyone is ever traveling to cortland, ithaca, or driving on Rt 81 I highly recomment this hotel. Their pool is spotless and they have a fireplace, couch, and hardwood floors in their lobby. It was mindblowing how nice this hotel was. Best night sleep i've ever gotten in a hotel.

Everything Looks brand new!!

I had a short-term contract job in Cortland back in March 2004 for 2 weeks and stayed here. The hotel was totally rebuilt maybe 1-2 years ago. Everything is brand new and looks it, also very clean. I stayed in a suite that was about 650 SF. It had nice quality furniture, 14Ft ceilings, 2 TVs. (It also has an indoor pool, a free library, breakfast room.) I was very impressed with this hotel. Really, if your looking for a GREAT place to stay in the Cortland area you can't go wrong here.
