Appreciation for a Compassionate Experience

August 27, 2005 Although I sent a previous "review" of this hotel before discovering that you had included The Hilton Garden Inn, I hope that the previous assessment which is in greater depth will reach the appropriate source.
The Staff of the Hilton Garden Inn on the night of March 16, 2005 and morning of March 17, 2005 demonstated the best of each individual as they reached on a personal, yet high professional level, to soften/buffer a deep personal loss and to demonstrate a Culture of a city which was badly damaged by an inappropriate, abusive, unprofessional intrusiveness into private grief.
Although one could note that the cleanliness and freshness of the rooms were superb, it was the kindness, the thoughtfulness of all of the Staff which distinguished this hotel under very difficult circumstances.
