Caravan Motel, Niagara Falls

well after reading all those negative reviews, i'll be looking for another Motel. Have relatives coming in and will pay the differance to get them a decent place to stay. WAKE UP OWNERS. people do read reviews and go by them most times , so CLEAN up ur act, and place.

We check in and we get to stay in room # 4. The place is musty, dirty, the maid look like she is on crack. no towels, no toilet paper. Walked and had to get my own towels and TP. The bed spreads were gross, no big deal though...LOL!! Threw them on the floor and just used the sheets, they looked clean, but who knows at this point. We jump in the truck and head to the border. After going to the falls we come back to our room. Now we have flies in the room. Were not there when we checked in, now I'm thinking Amittyville Horror. We go back out get those amazing wings in Buffalo bring them back to the room to watch the ALCS game on the TV that suppose to have cable and HBO. Yea right, the TV had 6 channels and one movie channel that played THE REAPING all night long, nothing else but THE REAPING. After eating all those wings, you know, nature calls, a number 2. Well the toilet is working but barely. The woman next to us you can hear thru the bathroom wall, interesting, but not something I will write on this review. The next morning I get up to take a shower. Turn the water on and the water pressure is like a squirt gun coming out in one tiny stream from the showerhead. We checked out by 9am. ****ADVICE**** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE NICE, DO NOT GO THE CHEAP ROUTE LIKE I DID!!!!!!

The walls are paper thin, I had to adjust the valve on the toilet, and the shower was horrible. The place smelled moldy, and there's a "no refunds" sign in the lobby that should have tipped me off. Sadly, there are few affordable rooms in Niagara Falls, but I see no reason for all these 5 star reviews, except maybe the owners are padding the review board. Their pricing makes no sense, and the "free wifi" was too weak to function. Fortunately there was a budget Inn down the road that has a better signal, so I used that. That having been said, you probably won't get murdered there, and it's one of the cheapest places in Niagara Falls. that earns it two stars.

dirty room, poor service, lack of basic amenities...I am sure no other motel in US can be as bad as this one...definitely not worth the money...

Excellent customer service, Great Location very close to Fashion Outlet Mall , and only 20 minutes drive from blvd Mall , 2 minutes Drive to Target and Aj Wright, KFC right infront of the Motel Internet Acess, Tv , Dunkin Donauts across the street it was perfect !!. Richard the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful he knew where everything was, it was like visitng a family member! I'll Definitley go back there. -Effie and Family

I expected that the motel would be up to the mark but I was SHOCKED to find it "TERRIBLE" with no running water and the rugged/rusted toilet. The customer service was "worst."

Location is good with easy access to points of interest. Manager is friendly and helpful. However, the room we stayed was unclean. The sheets were dirty and not changed after the previous occupants as we found hair among them. Floor was not vacuumed. Bathroom was clean. There was no remote control for the TV, no phone or alarm clock in the room. Room was equipped with a microwave (which also served as a clock) and a fridge. The office was closed well into the middle of the morning and there was no continental breakfast available.

Best Low price Motel ever stayed which has all services of big frenchises with friendly atmosphere. Definitely go again.

Check in was fast. Paid for 2 days stay. Got to the room (#15) No Heat. No Thermostat, No towels, No Fridge, No Microwave, No Ashtray. Finally got the above taken care of. Then noticed no phone in room and TV did not work. Went back to check out and get refund and find another hotel. Desk attendant offered another room. Looked at it, and it wasn't much better.(TV wouldnt work either) I demanded my money back after 30 minutes. Would not refund my money. Currently disputing charges. My lesson is to check out any room BEFORE you pay.

The floors had not been vacuumed, the shower curtain had mildew on the inside of the curtain at tha bottom. The toilet was not fastened to the floor properly. There were ceramic floor tiles missing from the floor. The water could not bet regulated properly, it would cycle from hot to cold. My second night there I returned to the room to find that it had not been cleaned that day. The excuse was that the maid failed to show up and that the owner was busy preparing for his brother wedding. I had to go to the office to get clean towels for the next day. Also there were no telephones in the room, nor was there an alarm clock, and nor was there an ice machie on the property.
